Welcome To Herbs And Spices Cooking School

Unlike other restaurants or cooking classes that you will find in Hoi An, Herbs and Spices Cooking School is only taking small groups for hands on experiences. We are catering for all levels of skill, age and experience.

What makes us unique?

Our Chefs: Long time experience in Vietnamese and Asian cuisines and talented masters of the gastronomic arts in Vietnam. Hoi An’s is now our Specialist Cooking Class. That means that you are on a culinary crusade, seeking the ultimate cooking experience. 

Our Setting: Our open air kitchen is clean, ventilated environment that you could wish for. All equipment is professionally and conveniently arranged and located for any style of cooking. Large fridges, freezers, filtered water, ice making machines, Moriitalia knives and professional gas ovens and burners are both brand new, monitored for safety, and well maintained. Our large stainless steel gas fed barbecue is the centre piece of our cooking classes and is perfect for grilling and creating fantastic meals with market fresh ingredients  which are sourced daily. 

Our flexible schedule: Choose from three different cooking classes starting daily at 10:30 am, 4:30 pm or an evening class. Classes are subject to availability.
